Port Aransas stands on the southwest side of the Aransas Pass Jetties, at the end of Mustang Island. Port A is made for beach lovers, sailors and fishermen. In October, it annually serves as the finish for the Lakewood Yacht Club sponsored Harvest Moon Regatta. |
| In the foreground of scenic downtown Corpus Christi is the famous T-Heads Marina. Inside are municipal facilities, as well as the home of Bay Yacht Club (shown at right), an active group cruising and racing sailors. The Corpus Christi Yacht is nearby also. |
